Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are generally fixed and will be displayed when selecting your products and at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for locations outside of our standard service zones.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as courier delays or peak periods). PureFlow Filtration is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
